Frequently Asked Questions
What should be the method of study?
Keep a notebook/ file dedicated to Vedanta study. Make a note of the salient points and concepts. The best time to listen to the classes is any time between 4 am – 6am. The reason for this is that the mind is relatively calm which makes the intellect alert and available to understand and take in the knowledge. However, if this is not possible then choose a time that is suitable for you. You may alternate by watching a class one morning and going over the notes the next morning to ensure you have grasped the basic concepts.
